Technique
Technique 1 Spanish paddlers training on ergo machines. Look how far the arm comes across - interesting.
Technique 2 American paddler doing ergo work concentrating on lower body rotation. Very different technique from the video above.
Technique 3 Another American paddler on an ergo. I don't think the American guys can do as much weights work as the Europeans ... Excellent rotation, though.
Ergo racing Racing on paddling machines? Oh, please. Leave it to the rowers, eh?
NEW    Showing off, basically. Fancy trying to roll a K1? Looks a bit warmer than where we paddle.
Yeah, OK, that's quite impressive.
NEW  Technique 4 Just about the best bit of technique you're ever likely to see. Slow motion
Van Koeverden and Larsen's techniques compared.

What a kayak looks like. A guy from Richmond explaining, rather hesitantly, what a racing kayak looks like, in case you didn't know.
Paddles And the same guy explaining the difference between wings and asymmetrics.
Landslide Picture the scene. You've just paddled through a rapid. You stop in an eddy for a breather. You hear a rumble from where you were seconds before, and ...
Deary, deary me. If you ever thought you were bad at filming videos, think again. Possibly the worst kayak racing video ever.
River Lune canoe Trip Some guys trundling open canoes down the River Lune from Tebay to Killington Bridge on the 4th November 2006. Looks like it's been shot on a mobile phone, but some nice paddle technique.
